
Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding, documentation, confirmations, exits, and full & final settlements
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and personnel files
- Coordinate attendance, leave management, and shift rosters (if applicable)
Statutory & Labour Law Compliance
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws including:
- PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity
- Shops & Establishment Act / Factory Act
- CLRA, Standing Orders, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Leave & Attendance laws
- Coordinate with consultants for monthly and annual statutory filings
- Handle audits, inspections, and compliance reporting
- Maintain statutory registers and records
Payroll Coordination
- Coordinate with payroll vendors/internal teams for accurate payroll processing
- Validate attendance, overtime, deductions, and statutory contributions
- Resolve payroll-related employee queries
Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and HR-related queries
- Support performance management processes and disciplinary actions
- Promote a positive workplace culture and engagement initiatives
Recruitment & Talent Support
- Support hiring for plant/factory and corporate roles
- Coordinate interviews, offer letters, background verification, and joining formalities
HR Policies & Process Improvement
- Implement HR policies and SOPs aligned with company values and legal requirements
- Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies
- Support HR reporting, MIS, and management dashboards
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience as an HR Generalist (manufacturing/plant HR preferred)
- Strong working knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Experience working with payroll and compliance consultants
- Hands-on experience with HR operations in a factory or site-based setup is a plus

- Strong knowledge of labour laws and statutory frameworks
- High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle employees across levels (blue-collar & white-collar)
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and hands-on approach
- Comfortable working from site (Doddaballapur)
