
Job Role: HR Manager for Liqour Manufacturing Unit in Aurangabad.
Role & Responsibility:
1. Lead HR for the Company's Aurangabad Manufacturing Unit.
2. Manage recruitment, management of all types of work force in the factory.
3. Focus on recruting & managing the factory labour work force.
4. Ensure workforce management in the factory in line with compliance of labour laws.
5. Work closely with Factory Head in maintaining attendence, decorum & productive work environment.
6. Maintain Corporate Culture and employee engagement in the factory's smooth running.
Mandatory Requirement in the candidate:
1. In-depth Knowledge in labour laws of India along with various.
2. Experience in managing HR in a manufacturing Factory.
3. Prior experience in a liqour factory will be preferred.
4. Experience in sourcing, placing, managing Manufacturing unit labour work force
5. Ability to deal with all types of work-force working in the facory.
