Human Resource Manager
JOB PURPOSE / JOB ROLE:
The Human Resources Development Group Leader (Manager) in an Information Technology (IT) company is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, HR planning, ensuring compliance, managing employee relations, and driving talent acquisition and development.
They act as a strategic business partner, aligning HR practices with the company's IT-specific goals and fostering a positive, high-performing work environment. Development Employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Minimum 10+ years of IT industry exposure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / DELIVERABLES:
- Strategic HR Planning and Implementation: Develops and implements the organization's HR strategy, aligning it with the company's overall business goals
- Policy Development and Implementation: Develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure to meet current market standard and company business requirements
- Develops and implements compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain talent.
- Market research/survey (Salary & Benefits/ retention programs etc.)
- Ensures compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Training Need analysis/Prepare training master/meet the training plan, recruitment tracker etc.
- Must implement strategies to meet management and stake holders expectation.
- Works with other departments and senior leadership to align HR functions with the company's strategic objectives
- Managing employee relations, and driving talent acquisition and development
- Oversees recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce
REQUIRED SKILL SETS:
- Ability to create, update, and implement HR policies that comply with legal standards and align with organizational goals
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations to ensure all policies are legally compliant
- Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to inform policy decisions and improvements
- Expertise in managing organizational change and ensuring smooth transitions during policy updates
- Ability to align training programs with the organization's strategic objectives and long-term goals
- Ability to work effectively with various departments and stakeholders to ensure training programs meet organizational needs
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
- Skills in providing guidance and support to employees for their professional development
- Ability to analyze training data and metrics to inform decisions and improve programs
- Skills in planning, executing, and overseeing training projects
- Understanding of labor laws, regulations, and standards

- Graduate/Post graduate with HR specialization
DESIRABLE:
- HRIS Proficiency: Knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) for managing employee data and HR processes
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze HR metrics and data to inform decision-making
- Project Management: Skills in planning, executing, and overseeing HR projects .
WORK EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
- 10 to 15 years Experience in relevant area.
DESIRABLE:
- Streamlining HR processes, Human Resource planning and preparing policies and guidelines, HR compliance and Coordinating with All departments and meet management expectations
- Understanding of Company's business need and prepare strategies hiring and training Programs
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all hierarchy levels and establish good network with related parties;
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Teamwork skills and the ability to feel comfortable working with different teams, clients and groups of staff across an organisation; organisational skills and the ability to prioritise your workload.
