Role Overview:

As the HR Manager, you will be a key player in shaping and executing our people strategy in Bangalore. You will partner closely with business leaders and employees to provide comprehensive HR support, focusing on talent management and recruitment. This role directly impacts our ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement talent management strategies to identify, nurture, and retain high-potential employees, ensuring a robust leadership pipeline.

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

- Oversee employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to managers and employees to resolve conflicts and ensure a positive work environment.

- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting their professional development and career growth.

- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to enhance HR effectiveness.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks and maintaining a fair and equitable workplace.

- Manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning, to drive employee performance and engagement.


Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective talent management strategies.

- Proven expertise in managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.

- Ability to analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement.

- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
