
Human Resources Manager
About the Role:
Are you a people-first leader who blends business acumen with cultural intuition?
We're hiring two senior HR professionals - one each for our IT Services and Product verticals - who are ready to own and evolve the HR charter, not just manage it.
As a strategic HR partner, you will play a critical role in shaping our workplace culture, driving organizational effectiveness, and leading HR interventions that scale with our business.
You'll collaborate directly with CXOs and delivery heads, and influence decisions that impact people, performance, and purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership teams on people, culture, and organizational matters.
- Align HR strategy with business priorities; identify talent needs and craft interventions to meet them.
- Lead workforce planning, org design, and talent strategy for a high-growth environment.
- Own all core HR functions: policy, compliance, employee lifecycle, and governance.
- Ensure labor law compliance (EPF, ESIC, POSH, etc.), audits, and statutory filings.
- Oversee HRMS/HRIS implementations and process automation initiatives.
- Define and drive initiatives that foster employee engagement, DEI, and workplace wellness.
- Lead internal communication strategies, pulse surveys, and action planning.
- Be a steward of our core values and ensure cultural alignment across teams.
- Drive high-impact performance management and feedback systems.
- Partner with L&D to deliver leadership development and upskilling programs.
- Champion internal mobility and succession planning.
- Handle grievance redressal and conflict resolution with empathy and fairness.
- Conduct investigations, disciplinary actions, and build an open-door culture.
- Coach managers and team leads on people practices, conversations, and decisions.
What You Bring:
Must-Haves:
- 8-10 yrs - IT Product (high-growth journey)
- Proven track record in HR leadership roles within IT services or product companies.
- Deep understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and global HR trends.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and the ability to operate with influence and integrity.
