Job Title: Manager - Human Resources (Hospital HR)

Location: Reputed Multispecialty Hospital

Job Summary:


- We are hiring for experienced HR professionals to lead and manage end-to-end Human Resource functions in a hospital environment.


- The role involves strong expertise in Doctors Recruitment, Visiting Consultants hiring, HR Operations, Compliance, and Policy Implementation.


- The ideal candidate must have prior experience in corporate hospitals and proven capability in doctor poaching, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:


Doctor & Medical Professional Recruitment:


- Lead full-time Doctors recruitment across key departments (Oncology, Surgery, ICU, Emergency, OPD, etc.

- Build a strong network and pipeline of Visiting Consultants and Senior Medical Professionals.

- Execute headhunting and targeted poaching strategies to attract top doctors from reputed hospitals.

- Drive credential verification, documentation, and complete onboarding processes.

HR Operations & Policy Management:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations including payroll, attendance, compliance, and the full employee lifecycle.

- Draft, update, and implement HR policies as per NABH 6th Edition, JCI guidelines, and statutory norms.

- Oversee workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and attrition management.

- Ensure HR audits, documentation accuracy, and compliance reporting.

Employee Relations & Engagement:

- Design and implement engagement initiatives for doctors, consultants, and paramedical staff.

- Handle grievances, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive employee relations.

- Develop retention frameworks and career progression plans for medical professionals.

Strategic HR Leadership:

- Act as a key HR partner to senior management for workforce planning and people strategies.

- Lead talent acquisition for both clinical and non-clinical roles.

- Conduct compensation benchmarking and support competitive salary structuring.

- Collaborate with Marketing/PR teams to enhance the hospitals employer branding.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

- 10-12 years of HR experience, with at least 56 years in hospital/healthcare HR roles.

- Proven experience in doctor recruitment, consultant poaching, and talent engagement.

- Hands-on experience in HR operations within large or corporate hospitals (100+ beds).

- Strong understanding of NABH/JCI HR compliance, labor laws, and healthcare HR frameworks.
