Key Responsibilities :


- Manage full-cycle recruitment for clinical, paramedical, and non-clinical positions.

- Coordinate manpower planning, yearly budgeting, and workforce forecasting.

- Oversee onboarding, hospital orientation, and documentation verification.

- Maintain timely credentialing renewals for doctors, Nurses & Therapists.

- Prepare duty rosters, shift allocation, and ensure adequate staffing at all times.

- Implement and monitor employee engagement, wellness and recognition programs.

- Address employee grievances and ensure timely conflict resolution. Conduct disciplinary proceedings, issue notices, and maintain documentation.

- Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and drive employee retention strategies.

- Lead performance management cycles - Goal setting (KRA,KPI), Quarterly reviews & annual appraisals.

- Facilitate competency mapping for all hospital roles.

- Identify skill gaps and implement internal/external training programs.

- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and performance improvement tracking.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, maternity benefits, minimum wages).

- Lead HR compliance for NABH audits; maintain audit-ready documentation.

- Oversee HR operations including attendance management, leave processing & payroll inputs.

- Maintain accurate employee personal files, digital databases & HRMS records.

- Draft, revise, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and hospital-specific protocols.

- Monitor workplace discipline, attendance patterns, and behavioral issues Ensure compliance of contract and outsourced staff, including vendor documentation.

- Drive organizational culture-building initiatives aligned with hospital vision, mission & values.

- Coordinate with department heads for manpower issues, staffing gaps & performance matters.

- Ensure workplace safety, infection control support, and hygiene guidelines adherence.

- Plan salary reviews, compensation benchmarking, and HR budgeting.

- Prepare HR dashboards, analytics, attrition reports, and monthly MIS for management.

- Support management in strategic HR planning, change management, and organizational development initiatives.

- Ensure high standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and HR ethics.

Qualification :

- MBA / MSW / PG in Human Resources Management (or equivalent).

- Additional certification in Hospital Administration, Labour Laws, or NABH standards is an added advantage.
