Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all human resource functions of the hospital. The role involves handling HR operations, recruitment, payroll, compliance, and ensuring that hospital processes and documentation adhere to established standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations for the hospital
- Handle recruitment and hiring across medical, paramedical, and non-medical roles
- Oversee payroll management, attendance, leaves, and employee records
- Ensure proper task management and coordination across departments
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and documentation as per hospital standards
- Ensure all hospital HR-related work is completed in compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements
- Monitor adherence to hospital protocols, policies, and operational standards
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and HR-related matters
- Support management in implementing HR policies and process improvements
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of hospital HR operations
- Experience in payroll and compliance management
- Hands-on expertise in recruitment and hiring processes
- Good organizational and task management skills
- Ability to ensure process adherence and documentation accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- MBA (HR)
- Minimum 3 year of HR experience in a hospital or healthcare environment
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
