Manager - Human Resources Generalist
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring a positive and productive workplace.
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles within the manufacturing plant.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and efficient integration into the company culture and work environment.
2. Employee Relations:
- Building and maintaining positive employee relations by addressing concerns, mediating conflicts, and fostering open communication.
- Developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Providing guidance and support to managers on employee-related issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
3. Performance Management:
- Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Providing coaching and support to employees and managers to improve performance and achieve organizational objectives.
- Addressing performance issues and developing performance improvement plans as needed.
4. Compensation and Benefits:
- Administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, equitable, and aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
- Participating in salary surveys and market research to ensure compensation structures are competitive.
- Managing employee benefits enrolment, changes, and terminations.
5. Training and Development:
- Identifying training needs and developing and implementing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Managing the delivery of training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
- Promoting a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
6. HR Operations and Compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, including those related to safety, health, and employment.
- Managing HRIS systems and maintaining accurate employee records.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively and consistently applied.
7. Other Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Managing HR budgets and resources effectively.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR best practices.
- Staying up to date on HR trends and best practices.
Qualification And Experience:
1. MBA in in Human Resources with 10-15 Years of Proven experience in HR generalist roles, with experience in a large corporate environment within a manufacturing industry is a Must.
2. Strong knowledge of HR best practices and compliance requirements.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
4. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
