HR MANAGER - US MNC - Gurugram -Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a smooth and compliant process for all employees.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and managers to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits enrollment, and other related tasks for the client's employees.
- Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development, to build a high-performing workforce for the client.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations, staying up-to-date on changes in legislation and implementing necessary policies and procedures to maintain compliance for the client.
- Partner with the client's leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with their business goals, providing insights and recommendations to improve HR practices and drive business results.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and managers at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
