Job Profile:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our fast-growing startup team. This role demands hands-on expertise in core HR functions, compliance, and fostering a vibrant workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Core HR Operations:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Update HRMS tools, drive performance reviews, and coordinate payroll with finance.
Culture & Engagement:
- Organise engagement activities like birthdays, milestones, and team bonding events.
- Address grievances empathetically and promote open communication.
Policy and Process Management:
- Define leave structures, hybrid work norms, and benefits.
- Develop SOPs for operations, onboarding, exits, and OKR/KPI frameworks with leadership.
Admin & Support Functions:
- Track attendance, ensure timely reporting, and collaborate with department heads on hiring and resourcing.
Must-Have Skills & Traits:
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, HR compliance, and payroll basics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in people interactions, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- High ownership mindset with a proactive approach.
- Working knowledge of Excel, HRMS systems, and ATS platforms.
- Creativity in enhancing employee experience and injecting energy into the workplace.
- Strong time management and prioritisation abilities.
