Position Title : HR Manager
Location : Delhi NCR
Experience Required : 7-8 years in HR within captive finance or NBFC sector
Job Purpose :
The HR Manager will lead Talent Management, Performance Management Systems (PMS), and Succession Planning initiatives to strengthen workforce capabilities. This role will ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains high-quality talent, fosters a performance-driven culture, and prepares future leaders for critical roles, aligning HR practices with business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Management: Develop and implement strategies to attract, retain, and nurture employees, ensuring a strong talent pipeline.
- Performance Management (PMS): Design and oversee PMS frameworks that align employee goals with organizational objectives, driving a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Succession Planning: Identify critical positions and build leadership pipelines to ensure business continuity and readiness for future growth.
- Business Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with organizational goals and provide guidance on employee development.
- Compliance & Culture: Ensure adherence to HR policies and regulatory requirements while promoting a positive, engaging, and high-performance workplace environment.
Qualifications :
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 7-8 years of progressive HR experience in captive finance or NBFC.
- Strong knowledge of talent management frameworks, PMS design, and succession planning models.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
