Job Description: HR Manager
Location: Chandigarh (CCR)

Position Overview : We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our talent acquisition, learning & development, and performance management initiatives. This role will focus on building strong hiring capabilities and effective performance systems to support business growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in recruitment and org building, with the ability to partner closely with business leaders and drive high performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across corporate, supply chain, retail, and leadership roles.
- Partner with functional leaders to forecast manpower requirements and define hiring plans.
- Design and implement efficient recruitment processes to improve turnaround time and candidate experience.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies across job portals, professional networks, agencies, and employee referrals.
- Strengthen employer branding initiatives and build sustainable talent pipelines.
- Track, analyse, and report recruitment metrics including time-to-hire, cost per hire, and offer-to-join ratios.
2. Performance Management
- Design, implement, and manage the organization's performance management framework
- Drive goal-setting, mid-cycle reviews, and annual appraisal processes
- Partner with leaders to ensure objective performance evaluation and effective feedback mechanisms
- Identify high performers and development needs through performance data and reviews
3. HR Business Partnering & Leadership
- Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders on talent, performance, and development matters.
- Ensure HR practices and people processes are aligned with organizational values and growth plans.
- Implement and oversee strong processes for HR compliances and payroll management.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters/MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant HR experience, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition for a fast paced startup.
- Proven experience in designing and managing performance review systems in growing organizations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism, ownership, and confidentiality.
