Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across various departments.
- Administer payroll management and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- Oversee HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and personnel records.
- Ensure adherence to all labour laws and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
- Develop, implement, and periodically update HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
- Manage performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.
- Handle employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary matters effectively.
- Support leadership in workforce planning and HR strategy development.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, with proven managerial exposure.
- Prior experience in the Engineering or Manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of statutory compliance and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
