About the Opportunity:

We are hiring for a fast-growing D2C consumer brand in the home appliances and consumer technology space. Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across functions, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management.

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely closures.

- Build candidate pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.

2. HR Operations:

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation and joining formalities.

- Maintain employee records and support HR policies and processes.

- Coordinate attendance, leave management and other routine HR activities.

3. Employee Engagement & Talent Management:

- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.

- Assist with performance management, employee feedback and retention initiatives.

- Contribute to a positive employee experience and workplace culture.

4. HR Coordination:

- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on day-to-day HR matters.

- Support the implementation and improvement of HR processes as the organization grows.

- Handle employee queries and ensure smooth execution of HR activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 3 - 8 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

- Hands-on exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.

- Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.

- Proactive, organized and comfortable taking ownership of HR responsibilities.

- Experience in D2C, consumer durables, home appliances, retail, e-commerce or startup environments will be preferred.

Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.
