Role Description:
The Human Resources Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune. The role is responsible for overseeing and managing the complete spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The Human Resources Manager will implement HR policies, manage end-to-end hiring processes, address employee concerns, develop training initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role also plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture and aligning HR strategies with overall organizational growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage end-to-end human resources operations and initiatives
- Lead talent acquisition and recruitment activities across BPO, ITES, and IT roles
- Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievance management and conflict resolution
- Drive performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Design and implement training, development, and organizational development programs
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, statutory requirements, and workplace regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalism
- Support leadership with HR strategies aligned to business objectives
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Proven skills in talent acquisition, recruitment, and staffing across BPO, ITES, and IT domains
- Experience in employee relations, performance management, and HR policy development
- Strong exposure to training, learning and development, and organizational development initiatives
- Good understanding of employment laws, compliance requirements, and workplace regulations
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
- High level of integrity with the ability to manage confidential information professionally
- Masters degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or Business Administration
