Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement programs that strengthen team capabilities and drive performance excellence.
- Establish and streamline scalable HR and recruitment processes suitable for a growing startup.
- Partner with leadership to define and deliver strategies that support organizational growth and culture.

- Provide guidance to leadership and employees on people-related matters.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in a startup environment.
- Proven ability to deliver measurable impact in team growth and HR processes.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, workforce planning, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work in a fast-changing environment.
