
About the Role:
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to manage and execute end-to-end HR functions at our organization, with a special focus on Banking/NBFC and Gold Loan operations.
- The role involves driving HR strategies, improving employee experience, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth through efficient HR practices.
Key Responsibilities / KRAs:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes for all levels of the organization
- Oversee employee lifecycle management, including joining, transfers, promotions, and exits
- Coordinate and execute payroll processing in a timely and accurate manner
- Implement and maintain HR policies, ensuring full compliance with statutory regulations
- Drive employee engagement programs to boost morale, retention, and productivity
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain healthy employee relations
- Lead performance management cycles, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback
- Ensure effective HR reporting and maintain accurate HR records and documentation
- Support training and development programs aligned with business objectives
- Ensure smooth functioning of HR operations specifically related to Gold Loan processing teams
- Assist in organizational development initiatives and succession planning
Required Skillsets:
- Strong understanding of Banking/NBFC operations, with hands-on experience in Gold Loan operations
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in HR software and tools (e.g., HRMS, payroll systems)
- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements
- Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- MBA in Human Resources or equivalent preferred
