The HR & Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle management, HR operations, and supporting strategic people initiatives.
The role requires strong stakeholder management, hiring expertise, and the ability to strengthen talent and culture across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Wealth Managers, Relationship Managers, Sales Leaders, Operations staff, and support roles.
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower requirements & create hiring plans.
- Source talent through job portals, referrals, LinkedIn, networking, and agency partnerships.
- Screen, shortlist, and interview candidates for culture and competency fit.
- Manage candidate engagement, offer negotiation, and on boarding coordination.
- Build a strong hiring pipeline to support rapid business growth.
- Track hiring metrics: TAT, offer-to-join ratio, sourcing channel efficiency.
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and HRMS data accuracy.
- Handle payroll coordination, leave & attendance, and compliance support.
- Administer employee confirmations, appraisals, and probation reviews.
- Ensure smooth exit process including F&F and documentation.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture Building
- Drive employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and communication plans.
- Support creation of a performance-driven, transparent, and motivated workforce.
- Identify employee concerns proactively and support grievance redressal.
4. HR Compliance & Policies
- Maintain statutory compliance in coordination with external partners.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, HR SOPs, and audits.
- Support creation and refinement of HR policies.
5. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain dashboards for hiring, attrition, performance, and employee wellbeing.
- Present weekly/monthly HR reports to management.
- Support manpower planning and budgeting exercises.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition (preferably BFSI/Wealth/Financial Services).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver fast hiring TAT.
- Knowledge of HR processes, HRMS tools, and compliance basics.
- High ownership, detail orientation, and proactive approach.
Qualifications
- MBA / PGDM in HR.
- 7-10 years of experience in HR & Talent Acquisition (Wealth / Private Banking).
- Proven track record of closing sales-based or front-line hiring at scale.
