Urgent Looking for Manager -HR in Cement industry

Location-Udaipur

Role Overview:

The Manager-HR / Administration role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources and administrative functions, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace. This role collaborates closely with department heads and employees at all levels to implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and oversee administrative operations. The impact of this role is to foster a positive and productive work environment, attracting and retaining top talent, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, to ensure a positive employee experience.

- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, to attract and retain talent.

- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages to employees.

- Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters to maintain a harmonious work environment.

- Manage office administration, including facilities maintenance, vendor management, and procurement, to ensure a safe and efficient workplace.

- Develop and manage the HR and administration budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.

- Lead and mentor a team of HR and administrative professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Proven ability to manage employee relations issues effectively and fairly.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
