Background:
We are looking for a sharp, structured HR professional to work closely with the HR Head on building the people function at FanToPark. In this role, you will help build people strategy and key HR priorities, and make sure plans turn into well-run processes across both corporate teams and coaches. This is a role with high ownership for someone who wants to help shape HR at a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help build HR strategy, people plans and key HR priorities across the organisation
- Drive HR initiatives and projects from planning through execution and tracking
- Prepare people data, analysis and presentations for leadership reviews
- Support performance management, appraisal cycles, talent reviews and incentive programs
- Support manpower planning and cost tracking across businesses
- Shape and run employee engagement, recognition and culture initiatives
- Support hiring and onboarding across corporate and coach roles, including campus hiring
- Handle employee relations matters and regular employee connects
- Ensure HR policies, processes and statutory compliance are in place and followed
- Oversee HR operations, including records, documentation, attendance and payroll inputs
- Support learning and development initiatives
- Take on new HR projects as the company grows
Key Requirements:
- MBA or PGDM in HR from a premier institute, with 1 - 3 years of HR experience
- Strong understanding of core HR processes
- Organised, with strong follow-through
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
- An interest in sport is a big plus
