Manager - Human Resources (US based company)
Experience:
- 10-12 years of experience in core HR functions.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and leading an HR department.
- Demonstrated expertise across key HR areas, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and policy implementation.
Qualification:- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
Work Hours:- This role supports a U.S.-based organization and requires availability during U.S. business hours (EST/PST time zones).
- Flexibility to collaborate with global teams and senior leadership is essential.
Reporting To:- Senior Management / Leadership Team.
Key Expectations:- Lead and oversee end-to-end HR operations.
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Drive employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior management.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes across all functions.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Coordinate performance management cycles, goal setting, and annual reviews.
- Partner with managers on workforce planning, organizational development, and talent management.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HRIS systems.
- Manage leave administration, attendance tracking, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
- Support leadership with HR analytics, reporting, and workforce insights.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance management, and compliance investigations when required.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the organization.
- Collaborate with global HR teams to align local practices with company standards.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, payroll providers, and external HR vendors.
- Support office administration and employee wellness programs as needed.
- Monitor HR metrics including hiring, attrition, engagement, and productivity trends.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on people-related strategies and decisions.
