Role Overview:

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and execution-oriented HR professional with 8+ years of experience to manage and enhance core HR operations, talent management, and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in HR policies, hiring coordination, onboarding, stakeholder management, and employee retention initiatives within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end hiring coordination through external recruitment vendors and hiring partners.

- Partner with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of hiring requirements.

- Drive onboarding, offer creation, documentation, and HR operations processes.

- Create, review, and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices.

- Support employee engagement, culture building, and talent retention initiatives.

- Manage HR data, reporting dashboards, and analytics using strong Excel skills.

- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to enhance employee experience.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of HR experience in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.

- Strong exposure to HR policies, onboarding, offer management, and vendor-driven hiring.

- Demonstrated capability in employee engagement and talent retention.

- Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel and HR reporting.

- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
