Manager - Human Resources (7-10 yrs)


Looking for an HR Manager to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle. The incumbent will be responsible for driving seamless onboarding, engagement, compliance, and offboarding while partnering closely with finance for payroll coordination and spearheading change management initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer & Onboarding:

- Design and roll out offer letters and employment documentation in a timely, accurate manner.

- Manage end-to-end joining formalities including pre-boarding communication, documentation collection, and Day 1 experience.

- Maintain onboarding trackers and ensure SLA adherence.

Employee Lifecycle Management:

- Maintain accurate and updated employee records across HR systems.

- Handle employee queries and HR operations with defined TATs.

- Manage exit formalities including clearance, full-and-final settlements, and exit interviews.

- Design and execute structured engagement programs for contingent workforce across locations.

- Act as a primary point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely, fair resolution.

- Conduct stays interviews, pulse surveys, and analyze engagement data to drive improvements.

Performance Management & Appraisals:

- Manage end-to-end appraisal cycles - goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual assessments.

- Track performance improvement plans (PIPs) and coordinate with managers on outcomes.

- Support calibration sessions and ensure fairness and consistency in ratings.

Change Management:

- Lead HR-driven change initiatives including policy rollouts, and process redesigns.

- Develop and execute communication and adoption strategies for organizational changes.

- Support scaling, org restructuring, and workforce transition projects.

- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement across HR functions.

Policies & Compliance:

- Ensure adherence to applicable labor laws including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.

- Maintain, update, and communicate HR policies in alignment with regulatory and organizational requirements.

- Support internal and external audits with timely documentation and data.

- Monitor compliance across client sites and vendor partnerships.

Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal business leaders, clients, and vendor partners.

- Act as a trusted HR advisor to business stakeholders on workforce matters.

- Resolve escalations efficiently while maintaining positive relationships.

Payroll & Finance Coordination:

- Collaborate with finance on payroll reconciliation, billing alignment, and statutory remittances.

- Support audits and queries related to payroll compliance.

Experience:

- 5+ years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated ownership across multiple HR functions.

- Experience managing responsibilities aligned to the KRAs defined for this role.

- Prior exposure to staffing or contract workforce environments (good to have).

- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel / Google Sheets for MIS and data analysis.

- Academic background in HR- related fields (degree/diploma required; postgraduate qualification preferred but not mandatory).
