We are looking for an accomplished HR professional to take up a leadership role responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions and driving people strategy across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead senior-level hiring across Tech and Non-Tech roles, including workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
- Oversee end-to-end payroll management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure seamless employee experience and compliance.
- Own and implement HR policies, procedures, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and engagement initiatives.
- Take strategic and operational HR decisions in alignment with business and leadership objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people strategy, organizational development, and compliance.
What Were Looking For:
- 3-5 years of progressive experience across core HR functions.
- Strong hands-on experience in payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and policy implementation.
- Proven capability in hiring for senior Tech and Non-Tech positions.
- Demonstrated ability to make independent, data-driven HR decisions.
- In-depth understanding of HR compliance and best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
