Education: Graduation is mandatory (Post-Graduation in HR preferred)

Role Summary:

The HR Manager is a high-touch operational and client-facing role responsible for the seamless execution of the Employee Lifecycle and the maintenance of robust client relationships.


Unlike traditional HR roles, this position focuses exclusively on Core HR Operations and Client Site Management, with no involvement in recruitment. You will act as the primary liaison between the organization and its deployed staff, ensuring that payroll, compliance, and grievances are managed with precision.


A significant portion of this role involves field-based engagementregularly visiting client sites in Noida to gather feedback, resolve on-ground issues, and drive employee satisfaction through Rewards & Recognition (R&R) initiatives and engagement events.

Responsibilities:

- Employee Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire post-recruitment journey, including seamless onboarding, induction, and the maintenance of comprehensive employee records.

- Payroll & Compliance Oversight: Manage end-to-end payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and statutory compliance processes to ensure 100% accuracy and legal adherence.

- Client Site Engagement: Conduct regular field visits to client locations to establish strong connections with deployed staff and gather real-time feedback.

- Grievance Redressal: Act as the first point of contact for employee issues, ensuring timely resolution of grievances and maintaining a positive work environment.

- HRMIS & Documentation: Maintain a digital and physical trail of all HR activities, ensuring the HR Management Information System (HRMIS) is up-to-date and audit-ready.

- Performance & Policy Implementation: Support the performance appraisal cycles and ensure that corporate HR policies are communicated and implemented consistently across all sites.

- Rewards & Recognition (R&R): Design and execute engagement initiatives, including R&R programs, team dinners, and festive celebrations to enhance employee morale.

- Client Relationship Management: Coordinate directly with client-side stakeholders to provide HR updates, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

- Engagement Analytics: Analyze feedback from site visits to recommend process improvements and engagement strategies to leadership.

Technical & Professional Requirements:

- Core Experience: 6-8 years of experience specifically in Core HR activities (Payroll, Compliance, and Operations).

- Client Management: Proven track record in managing deployed staff or working in a client-facing HR capacity.

- Compliance Knowledge: Deep understanding of Indian Labor Laws, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.

- HRMIS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with HR software for attendance, payroll inputs, and data management.

- Field Readiness: High comfort level with regular travel to client sites within the Noida region for employee connection.

- Conflict Resolution: Advanced skills in handling sensitive employee grievances and mediating between client and staff needs.

Preferred Skills:

- Self-Starter Attribute: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a dual-load of operations and field visits.

- Interpersonal Excellence: Strong ability to build rapport quickly with both entry-level staff and senior client leadership.

- Organizational Skills: Exceptional time management to balance 5-day on-site work with regular site visits and administrative deadlines.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Hindi to effectively deliver inductions and resolve issues.

- Process Orientation: A meticulous approach to documentation and record-keeping.
