- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Manage performance management, appraisal cycles, and employee development initiatives.
- Oversee payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and labor law adherence.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture initiatives.
- Act as a business partner to leadership on workforce planning and HR strategy.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.
- Manage learning and development programs and succession planning.
- Prepare HR MIS reports and dashboards for management review.
