- Strategic HR Management
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Advise management on HR policies, workforce planning, and organizational development
- Recruitment & Talent Management
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
- Develop employer branding and talent retention strategies
- Oversee onboarding and induction programs
- Employee Relations - Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
- Ensure effective communication between management and employees
- Performance Management - Design and manage performance appraisal systems
- Support managers in goal setting, reviews, and feedback processes
- Training & Development - Identify training needs and develop learning programs
