Job Summary:
- We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, driving employee engagement, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting business goals through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Partner with leadership to support workforce planning and talent development
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR-related matters
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
- Develop effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee integration
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive work culture and address employee concerns proactively
- Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and wellness initiatives
Performance Management & Development:
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems
- Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs
- Support leadership development and succession planning
Compensation, Benefits & Payroll:
- Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and payroll coordination
- Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation reviews
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in HR data
Compliance & Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies
- Maintain HR documentation, records, and reports
- Handle audits and legal matters related to HR
HR Operations & Reporting:
- Oversee HRMS systems and ensure data accuracy
- Prepare HR metrics and reports for leadership review
- Continuously improve HR processes and operational efficiency
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 6+ years of experience in HR with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and compliance requirements
- Experience with recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel, and reporting
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
