About The Role:
We are seeking an experienced and people-oriented HR Manager to join our team in New Delhi.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about building strong teams, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, and fostering a positive work culture.
The HR Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations, while leading one recruiter responsible for the full recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance.
- Supervise and guide the recruitment specialist to ensure timely and effective hiring processes across all departments.
- Partner with management to identify staffing needs, plan workforce strategies, and support talent development initiatives.
- Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, conducting investigations when needed, and maintaining a fair workplace.
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, company policies, and global HR standards.
- Maintain and update HR documentation, including employment contracts, policies, and employee records.
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
- Lead HR reporting and analytics to provide insights to leadership on turnover, retention, and hiring trends.
- Coordinate with the finance department for payroll accuracy and benefits administration.
- Promote a culture of inclusion, accountability, and professional growth.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters degree preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labor regulations and HR best practices.
- Previous experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (required).
- Must be based in New Delhi or willing to work on-site.
