Description:
Position Overview:
- The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and organizational development.
- This role ensures that HR strategies support the companys business objectives while fostering a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage end-to-end hiring processes: job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
- Build talent pipelines and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies, and other sources.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Act as a point of contact for employees on HR policies, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
Performance Management & Development:
- Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
HR Policies & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Oversee payroll administration and employee benefits programs.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and assist in compensation planning.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of HR-related transactions.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Track HR metrics such as attrition, recruitment efficiency, and employee satisfaction.
- Prepare reports for management and provide insights for decision-making.
- Recommend HR process improvements based on data analysis
