We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws, implementing company policies, and supporting our employees throughout their employment lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:

- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to selection, including resume screening, scheduling
interviews, and conducting interviews.

- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and completion of all
necessary paperwork.

Employee Relations:

- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, benefits, and procedures.

- Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and professional manner.

Performance Management:

- Assist in the implementation and administration of performance management programs, including
performance reviews and goal-setting processes.

- Provide guidance to managers on performance-related matters.

Training and Development:

- Coordinate and facilitate employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

- Identify training needs and collaborate with managers to address skills gaps.

Compliance and Policy Implementation:

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

- Implement HR policies and procedures and update as necessary.

Benefits Administration:


- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and other fringe benefits.

- Assist employees with benefits inquiries and claims.

HR Administration:


- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

- Prepare and distribute HR-related reports as needed.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

- Promote employee engagement initiatives and activities to foster a positive work environment.

- Participate in employee recognition programs and events.
HR Projects and Initiatives:

- Support HR projects such as employee surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and organizational
development initiatives.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

Desired Profile:

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Compensation: The final CTC will depend upon candidates' experience and performance during the
interview and will be at the company's discretion
