Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead end-to-end hiring processes and manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, people management, and strategic HR planning skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruitment - sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Oversee employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management.
- Partner with business leaders to identify manpower requirements and plan workforce needs.
- Drive employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
- Maintain HR documentation, reports, and analytics for management review.
