HR Manager


We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager with over 10 years of experience to lead and strengthen our human resources function.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, and regulatory compliance.


This role will be pivotal in aligning HR initiatives with our business objectives and fostering a positive organizational culture.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with organizational goals.

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.

- Oversee training and development programs to build employee capabilities and support career growth.

- Implement and maintain performance management systems that promote productivity and employee development.

- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.

- Ensure strict compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal company policies.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture, satisfaction, and retention.

- Partner closely with senior leadership to align HR practices with business priorities and strategic plans.

- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.


Required Skills and Qualifications


- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).

- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with proven expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employee relations.

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

- Experience in driving employee engagement and organizational development initiatives.

- Ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently and work collaboratively with leadership teams
