Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Saket Delhi
Job Type: Permanent
Working Days: Monday to Saturday and alternate Saturday will be off
Experience Required: 3to6yr in HR Management
About Role:
As the HR Manager you will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment and driving the overall human resources and administrative functions. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts, champion employee relations, and ensure the smooth functioning of administrative processes. Your responsibilities will span from policy development and benefits administration to employee development and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and onboarding strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Conduct orientation programs for new employees.
- Oversee employee relations and ensure a positive working environment.
- Address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement performance management processes.
- Identify training and development needs for employees.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Manage office facilities, including space planning and maintenance.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
