About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to drive a unified and future-ready Talent Acquisition strategy. The incumbent will lead transformation across recruitment processes, digital adoption, internal mobility, campus hiring, and employer branding to deliver a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive One Recruitment Process across Leadership, Corporate, Regional, International & SCC hiring.
- Ensure alignment with organizational values in every hiring interaction.
- Strengthen employer branding through impactful JDs, candidate packs, and presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and Career Page.
- Lead digital transformation of the recruitment lifecycle through Oracle HRIS and ensure governance of digital tools.
- Standardize Internal Job Posting & Mobility processes across entities.
- Develop & maintain Talent Acquisition dashboards to provide actionable insights for HRBPs & leadership.
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and improve hiring outcomes.
- Lead Campus Hiring initiatives and post-hiring programs for Interns, MTs & GETs from premier institutions.
