Key Responsibilities

- End-to-End Hiring: Identify, attract, and recruit individual contributors who aspire to become future leaders.

- Startup Hiring Mindset: Understand the unique challenges of hiring in a startup-where teams are small, dynamic, and fragile-and find candidates who fit this ecosystem.

- AI-Enabled Talent Acquisition: Use AI-powered ATS, resume screening, and candidate-matching tools to streamline hiring and improve quality of hires.

- Talent Management: Strategize and execute employee engagement, retention, and succession planning, supported by AI-driven insights on attrition and performance.

- Workforce Planning: Anticipate hiring needs, build a pipeline of talent, and manage fast-moving hiring cycles with predictive analytics.

- Performance & Culture Building: Develop a workplace culture that encourages high performance, ownership, and leadership mindset, while tracking engagement with AI-backed employee feedback tools.

- Handling Employee Transitions: Manage new joiners, exits, and attrition without disruption, ensuring smooth transitions.

- Flexibility & Commitment: While regular work hours are 11:30 AM - 8:30 PM, occasional delays in log-out time (8:30 - 9 PM) should not be an issue.

Requirements:

Who Should Apply?

- HR professionals from the startup ecosystem who understand the teething issues of scaling a company.

- Logical, street-smart negotiators who can convince, close, and onboard the right talent effectively.

- Someone who understands that people join and leave, and can manage hiring/replacements swiftly.

- Someone who is not rigid about job roles, willing to step up beyond traditional HR tasks when required.

- A firm yet empathetic leader who can handle high-pressure hiring cycles with patience and agility.

- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.)

- Exposure to AI-powered HR tools (ATS, HRMS, employee engagement platforms, or workforce analytics) is a plus.

- Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel; knowledge of HRMS and ATS is a plus.

- Outstanding organizational, communications, and time-management skills required.

- Degree in Human Resources or related field.

- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
