Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to own and scale Fincent's People & Culture function. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, and employee engagement for a fast-growing company. If you've built HR processes in a start-up or scale-up environment, we'd love to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations

- Oversee payroll, benefits, compliance, and HR policies to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Manage employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding with efficiency and empathy.

- Ensure labour law compliance and maintain accurate HR records.

Talent Acquisition

- Partner with leadership to define hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.

- Manage full-cycle recruitment sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.

- Build a strong employer brand to attract and retain high-caliber candidates.

Culture & Engagement

- Foster an inclusive, high-performance work culture aligned with Fincent's values.

- Design and implement employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives.

- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on people-related matters.

Requirements

- 10+ years of HR experience with a strong background in HR operations and talent acquisition.

- Proven experience managing HR in a start-up or high-growth environment (preferred).

- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

- Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable wearing multiple hats.
