2. Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end to end HR function including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
- Partner with founders and leadership to build and scale high performing teams across retail and corporate functions.
- Lead talent acquisition for store, corporate, and operational roles.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks aligned with the company's growth stage.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmations, performance reviews, and exits.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and statutory requirements.
- Support leadership with organizational planning, role structuring, and team development.
- Oversee payroll coordination, HR documentation, and HR systems.
3. Skills and Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to end to end HR management.
- Experience working in startups, retail, consumer brands, or hospitality environments is preferred.
- Strong experience in talent acquisition and building teams from early stage growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, evolving startup environment with high ownership.
- Good understanding of HR policies, labour compliance, and employee engagement practices.
