- Drive the full recruitment lifecycle across corporate, retail, and frontline roles.
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Build effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and industry networks.
- Manage and mentor a TA team to ensure hiring targets are met within defined timelines.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and volume-based roles.
- Oversee recruitment analytics, dashboards, and hiring metrics for leadership reviews.
- Manage vendor relationships, negotiate terms, and evaluate performance.
- Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and hiring best practices.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager
- Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-driven environment.
- Experience in team management and leadership is preferred.
