Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to lead our human resources function in Gwalior, serving as a strategic partner to the leadership team. In this role, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring that our operational frameworks are robust, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals. You will collaborate closely with department heads to drive talent initiatives, optimize workforce performance, and foster a high-performance culture. By leveraging data-driven insights and refined HR processes, you will directly influence business outcomes, improve employee retention, and ensure that our human capital strategy remains a competitive advantage for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- Orchestrate end-to-end HR operations to ensure seamless delivery of payroll, compliance, and administrative services, thereby maintaining organizational integrity and employee trust.

- Spearhead talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier professionals, ensuring the organization is equipped with the right talent to meet aggressive growth targets.

- Implement HR analytics frameworks to translate complex workforce data into actionable insights, enabling leadership to make informed decisions regarding talent deployment and organizational design.

- Act as a versatile HR Generalist to resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and productive work environment that adheres to both legal standards and company values.

- Drive organizational development initiatives by aligning individual performance metrics with business objectives to enhance overall productivity and employee engagement.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex HR operations and generalist functions within a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistent policy application and operational excellence.

- Proven ability to utilize HR analytics to identify trends in attrition, performance, and recruitment, providing the leadership team with clear, evidence-based recommendations.

- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive employee matters while maintaining professional credibility across all levels of the organization.

- Strong proficiency in talent acquisition strategies, including employer branding and pipeline management, to secure high-quality talent in a competitive market.

- A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field from a premier institute, complemented by 10 - 15 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles.

- High level of adaptability and comfort working in an on-site capacity in Gwalior, with the ability to lead teams through organizational change and growth phases.
