- Prepare / Review Policies

Administration planning

- Company Culture Building & Transformation

- Develop training modules as per need

- Execute action plan for succession planning

- Compensation and Benefits strategy & Annual Operating plan for each Depts

- CSR plan and execution

- Liaison with Govt. & semi Govt. bodies on matters related to labor laws and its compliances

- Promoting & ensuring smooth human relations & discipline along with high motivation levels

Disciplinary actions

Submission / Representation for labor laws compliance

- Wage negotiation with Union

- Appointment, appraisal, termination of employees, Stop the work incase of Non compliance of Safety

- Activities like job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management.
