- 12 to 15 years in HR in Manufacturing Industries (Working experience in MNC will be preferred)

- CSR plan and execution
- Liaison with Govt. & semi Govt. bodies on matters related to labor laws and its compliances
- Promoting & ensuring smooth human relations & discipline along with high motivation levels

- Wage negotiation with Union
- Appointment, appraisal, termination of employees, Stop the work incase of Non compliance of Safety
