We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to lead and manage HR operations within the business services sector. This role requires strong experience working within shared services environments, managing centralised support functions, and ensuring end-to-end operational continuity across Talent Acquisition, administration, employee services, and compliance.

Description:

- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.

- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management processes.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.

- Manage employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.

- Support performance management and training development initiatives.

- Collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor overall HR strategies and procedures.

- Provide decision-making support regarding organisational changes and workforce planning.

- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Profile:

A successful HR Manager should have:

- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Proven expertise in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

- Strong knowledge of labour laws and best HR practices within the business services industry.
