Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for our Noida location. The role is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR operations, driving employee engagement, maintaining statutory compliance, and partnering with business leaders to support organizational goals. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR Business Partnering, employee relations, talent management, and HR operations while effectively managing the HR needs of a growing office.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Business Partnering:
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and support business objectives.
- Provide guidance on people-related matters, organizational changes, and performance management.
- Drive HR initiatives aligned with business goals.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee onboarding, probation management, employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit processes.
- Ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct skip-level meetings and employee feedback sessions.
Performance Management:
- Support the performance appraisal process.
- Work with managers on goal setting, performance reviews, development plans, and succession planning.
- Coach managers on performance improvement and employee development.
HR Operations & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll inputs.
Talent Acquisition Support:
- Partner with the recruitment team to fulfill hiring requirements for the Noida office.
- Support interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding activities.
Learning & Development:
- Identify training needs in collaboration with business leaders.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
- Prepare and analyze HR metrics, including attrition, headcount, hiring, employee engagement, and performance data.
- Present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
- 6 - 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in an HR Manager or HRBP role.
- Experience managing HR for a medium to large office or business unit.
Required Skills:

- Knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience managing HR for a large corporate office or technology/IT/BFSI/manufacturing organization.
- Experience supporting a workforce of 300+ employees is preferred.
- Exposure to employee engagement, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
