Human Resources Manager


Role Description:


This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, located in Hyderabad. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The role also includes developing and implementing HR policies and strategies, managing employee benefits, and facilitating training and development programs.


Key Responsibilities:


- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and translate them into effective people strategies.


- Act as a trusted advisor on HR matters including performance management, employee relations, and organizational design.


- Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning for critical roles.


- Support and coach managers on employee engagement, motivation, and development.


- Manage annual HR processes such as goal setting, appraisals, promotions, and compensation planning.


- Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.


- Partner with Learning & Development to implement training programs aligned with business needs.


- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.


- Promote a high-performance culture through continuous feedback and recognition initiatives.


- Lead or participate in HR projects such as change management, diversity & inclusion, and employee experience improvement.


Qualifications:


- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field


- 10 to 15 years of experience in HR, including at least 10 years as an HRBP or similar strategic HR role.


- Recruiting and Onboarding skills


- Employee Relations and Performance Management skills


- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and strategies


- Knowledge of Compliance and Employee Benefits management


- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills


- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team


- Experience in the IT product development company is a plus
