About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Head to lead our Human Resources function in a fast-paced IT/Technology environment. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution to align people strategy with business objectives, drive organizational growth, and foster a high-performance, employee-centric culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement HR strategies aligned with IT/Technology business goals.
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for niche tech skills, ensuring a strong pipeline of top talent.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development programs tailored for IT professionals.
- Oversee performance management systems, competency frameworks, and project-driven goal-setting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, IT industry regulations, and global workforce policies.
- Spearhead L&D initiatives, including technical training, certifications, and leadership development.
- Lead compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy competitive within the IT sector.
- Partner with leadership for workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational design.
- Leverage HR analytics and HRIS tools to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
- Build a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration to attract and retain top talent.
Qualifications & Skills
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
- 6-9 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in HR leadership within IT/Technology.
- Proven expertise in scaling HR functions for IT services, product companies, or startups.
- Strong knowledge of HR tech, talent management, and global HR best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
