
Job Summary:
The HR Operations Manager - International Division is responsible for managing and improving the employee lifecycle across multiple countries. This role covers HR operations, payroll, compliance, onboarding, and performance management, while supporting strategic HR initiatives. It requires strong process focus, cross-cultural understanding, and the ability to balance operational efficiency with strategic execution in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding & Integration
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for employees across regions.
- Collaborate with business leaders to ensure smooth integration.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes and materials.
2. HR Operations & Payroll
- Oversee HR operations, employee records, and HRMS accuracy.
- Coordinate payroll with finance and local partners, ensuring compliance and timeliness.
- Maintain HR policies in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
3. Performance Management
- Lead performance review cycles, including goal setting and evaluations.
- Support managers and employees on performance processes.
- Monitor progress and provide insights to leadership.
4. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track key HR metrics such as headcount, attrition, and payroll.
- Prepare regular reports and analyze trends to improve processes.
5. Strategic Initiatives
- Drive HR projects like automation, policy alignment, and process standardization.
- Support engagement, culture, and capability-building initiatives.
6. Employee Support & Experience
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and payroll.
- Promote a positive employee experience through effective communication.
Qualifications & Skills:
- MBA/Postgraduate in HR or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll, and compliance across regions.
- Experience with HRMS systems and data analysis.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to work in diverse environments.
