Your Role: HR Manager
We're looking for an experienced HR professional who can build strong people systems and culture while keeping pace with a high-growth startup. You'll manage end-to-end HR- from hiring to appraisals ensuring & done remains a place where great talent thrives.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end HR processes: hiring, onboarding, payroll, compliance
- Design performance appraisals, feedback cycles, and promotions
- Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives
- Act as the point of contact for HR-related policies and employee queries
What We're Looking For
- 3-5 years of HR experience in high-growth startups or high-functioning teams
- Proven track record of handling appraisals, feedback, and engagement programs
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and payroll processes
- Excellent communication skills and high EQ
- Structured, approachable, and people-first mindset
