Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager HR to join our dynamic team in Faridabad.This pivotal role involves partnering with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals. You will be responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders, including department heads, employees, and external vendors. Your contributions will directly impact employee engagement, talent retention, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

- Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top talent across functions

- Drive the performance management process, ensuring fair and consistent evaluations and providing guidance to managers on performance improvement plans, ultimately enhancing employee productivity and achieving business objectives.

- Manage employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations and providing appropriate resolutions to maintain a positive and compliant work environment.

- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner, collaborating with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that support business goals and improve organizational effectiveness.

- Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning and leadership development programs, to build a strong pipeline of future leaders and ensure organizational growth.

- Develop and execute employee engagement programs, fostering a culture of collaboration, recognition, and continuous improvement, leading to increased employee satisfaction and retention.

- Manage stakeholder relationships, building trust and credibility with employees, managers, and senior leaders to effectively implement HR initiatives and address employee concerns.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective performance management systems that drive employee performance and achieve business goals.

- Proven expertise in managing complex employee relations issues, conducting investigations, and providing fair and consistent resolutions.

- Strong HR Business Partnering skills, including the ability to build relationships with business leaders, understand their needs, and develop HR solutions that support their objectives.

- Experience in developing and implementing talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and career pathing.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.

- Master degree in Human Resources or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Faridabad.
