Role Overview:

As the HR Manager, you will be a critical partner in driving the people strategy for the Bangalore office. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, from employee engagement and relations to compliance and talent development. This role collaborates closely with department heads, employees, and the leadership team to foster a positive and productive work environment, ensuring alignment with the company's overall business objectives. Your contributions will directly impact employee satisfaction, retention, and the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, leading to increased employee satisfaction and retention.

- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts effectively and fairly to maintain a harmonious workplace.

- Ensure HR compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations, mitigating legal risks and maintaining ethical standards.

- Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in compensation and benefits delivery.

- Lead change management initiatives, guiding employees through organizational changes and fostering a culture of adaptability.

- Manage the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and leveraging technology to streamline HR processes.

- Oversee HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee record management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.

- Design and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, supporting career growth and organizational performance.

- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts effectively and fairly to maintain a harmonious workplace.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies.

- Proven expertise in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts fairly and effectively.

- Comprehensive understanding of Indian labour laws and HR compliance requirements.

- Experience in managing payroll processes and benefits administration.

- Strong change management skills, with the ability to lead and support employees through organizational changes.

- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR data analytics.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

- A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.

- 10-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on employee engagement, employee relations, and compliance.
